DEVOTIONAL: How Great Is The Love Of Our God?

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

How great is the love of our Heavenly Father for all of us?

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

This is the truth, we are all sinners. And could you imagine the exchange of our sins is death?Why does the world still exists?Because our Loving Father in heaven did not allow it to happen to us. He made a way for us to be saved from death. So he gave his One and only Son Jesus Christ who took away all our sins and carried it all at the cross. He suffered for our sins, being crucified and died. And that should be us, who deserve to die and not him for he is a sinless one. Can you feel and see your value to him?What a SELFLESS and a SACRIFICIAL love he has done for all of us even we were all against him?

And we have also know that Christ Jesus death and resurrection has a great significant to the unbelief of the world(our unbelief in him). It enable him to show of how great is the Father's love, his power and his holiness as a Mighty One. Who sent him for the benefits of all not just for one. But sad reality,even he was so clearly introducing himself to the world, they still chose to ignored him because of their unbelief. Their faith was based in their own understanding and that made them become completely blinded.

Again, if we are still in our unbelief towards Jesus Christ,let us imagine the situation, what if there is no Jesus Christ? Is there any way that could  help us to be saved from death? No! Surely, all of us right now are in hell and that is what is the wages of death means.

Thanks be to GOD, our heavenly FATHER for his great love and mercy to all of us. We all have now a great chance through faith in Christ Jesus to live forever (John 3:16) that even were dead, by the resurrection of our savior Christ Jesus, all of us also have been brought back to life and to live again with him.

Ephesians 2:1-10 NIV

As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3 All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Christ Jesus is real, he is with us, it I true and the evidence is so clear within us. You and I is here because Jesus Christ is here with us.

So be watchful for the enemy will come only steal,kill and destroy us.Do not be deceived again for the wages of sin is never changed,it remains DEATH.

DEVOTIONAL: IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE

Repentance is important because it allows for forgiveness, spiritual growth, and a renewed relationship with our Heavenly Father. It is an act of turning away from sin and walk toward a path of a healthy spiritual life  which leads to freedom from guilt, healing, and a fresh start. It is often seen as a prerequisite for spiritual progress and salvation. It is also an  act of feeling remorse for all the past wrongdoing.
