DEVOTIONAL: Let God Change your Anxiousness into Rejoices

Philippians 4:4-7

4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

A Christian life is not about a perfect and so easy expecting of zero challenges. But it is a life with full awareness that in this world whether we like it or not we will encounter of different kinds of troubles. God speaks to us in his word to guide us on how to overcome it. And our reaction is very important in every challenging situation. Apostle Paul encouraged all Christians family in Philippians 4:4-7 to react gently. Anxiousness can’t help any challenging situations in our lives but only prayer can in the name of Christ Jesus.By prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your request to God.

Who is able to say thank you Lord God for the hardships and trials such us personal or family problems, broken relationships, financial, and health?

Only those people who understood the reality of life in this darken world. Jesus himself said that the world has only troubles to offer for us but in him there is peace and victory. By this reality the truth will open our eyes and mind to remain calm for God is in full control in all the situations that we have. The only way to overcome it is to talk to God personally by prayer to present before him all our needs and wants with faith that our prayer is being heard and answered. The Lord is near. In advanced, there is no hold of our thanksgiving to the Loving God for whom we believe that he is able because he is the God Almighty of all.

After all our request have been submitted unto him our faith will continuously give us a full of hope that will encourage us to always wait patiently to the Lord with peace. For God’s thoughts is higher than our thoughts, his ways, his plans is better than our plans and his will is perfect.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.

So, we are safe from our hearts and our minds in doing things which are not pleasing to the Lord.

And surely there are people that God uses them as an instrument to help you to go through it. It will also bless their hearts and minds as witnesses with you about the love and power of God with in the situation. So again, we will be able to rejoice in the Lord always. Anxiousness has no place in our hearts and our minds if we allow Jesus Christ to dwell deep within. Through him we have won the battle over anxiety, depression and all kinds of fears. Through him, we are all secured! Thank you, Lord!

To God be all the glory forever and ever! Amen!

DEVOTIONAL: SALVATION MEANING AND ITS IMPORTANCE

Salvation (also called deliverance or redemption) is the saving of human beings from sin and its consequences—which include death and separation from God—by Christ's death and resurrection, and everyone who accept this truth will be restored through faith and have eternal life. Note, that the word death here is not about a physical death but a spiritual death. So, this spiritual death and separation from God start from the time when humans disobeyed God which is written in the book of Genesis 3 ( please read the full chapter ) . Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. And because God so love the world He made a way in which He sent his one and only son Jesus Christ to deliver and redeem us from being perished because of our transgressions and sin. John 3:16 , which says, "For God so loved the world that he g...

DEVOTIONAL: IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE

Repentance is important because it allows for forgiveness, spiritual growth, and a renewed relationship with our Heavenly Father. It is an act of turning away from sin and walk toward a path of a healthy spiritual life  which leads to freedom from guilt, healing, and a fresh start. It is often seen as a prerequisite for spiritual progress and salvation. It is also an  act of feeling remorse for all the past wrongdoing. Knowing also that in every mistake that we are going to commit in this present and in the future has a consequences(including the past). So it is called to repent and not to repeat. We have to choose wisely our path by changing our mindsets and behaviour by walking towards a better way of living   fixing our eyes to Jesus.   This involves acknowledging one's actions base not by human judgement but by what Christ Jesus teaching, and committing to a change in attitude and actions in the name of Christ Jesus.
