DEVOTIONAL : THE ASSURANCE IN GOD'S HOLY PRESENCE

Psalm 121

''Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.'' (Hebrews 11:1)

Being alone may cause us loneliness and helpless but knowing that we have the Lord in our heart, believing that he is our loving father  who cares for us and he is the creator of all things is the best way to focus and  trust. We have our own daily different battles in life that makes us weary and down. But God's holy presence will gives us strength and power to fight each battles and feel satisfied. He is always with us, our present help that never tired and never slumber of hearing our prayers . He gives us the Holy Spirit who helps and guides our way to righteousness with assurance that he will never leave us nor forsake us.

Our God is our stronghold, our refuge who protects us away from all harm day and night. He is  a great provider and who knows our needs even before we asks. God is always watching and working for our good even in the hardest time of our lives. When we are weak, ask for strength, when we feeling lonely ask for comfort, when we lack of something ask and it will given to according to his will. We just need to trust his power and allow him to lead our way and we are safe.

He will watches over our life day and night, our coming and going both now and forever. We are not alone. Have faith, the Lord is our loving father who provides our needs, protect and our God Almighty.

Seek first his will and plans and offer everything to him, your life (struggles, trials, problems etc.)by reading his word, listen, obey and be bless. God knows your battle, ask and pray for wisdom and strength and claim the victory in Jesus name! Amen!

Psalm 121

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
    where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
    the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip—
    he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel
    will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord watches over you—
    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—
    he will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going
    both now and forevermore.

DEVOTIONAL: SALVATION MEANING AND ITS IMPORTANCE

Salvation (also called deliverance or redemption) is the saving of human beings from sin and its consequences—which include death and separation from God—by Christ's death and resurrection, and everyone who accept this truth will be restored through faith and have eternal life. Note, that the word death here is not about a physical death but a spiritual death. So, this spiritual death and separation from God start from the time when humans disobeyed God which is written in the book of Genesis 3 ( please read the full chapter ) . Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. And because God so love the world He made a way in which He sent his one and only son Jesus Christ to deliver and redeem us from being perished because of our transgressions and sin. John 3:16 , which says, "For God so loved the world that he g...

DEVOTIONAL: A TRUE CHRISTIAN FAMILY JOHN:13:1-17

EVIDENCE OF A TRUE CHRISTIAN FAMILY JOHN:13:1-17 ANCHOR VERSE John 13:12-14 12 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. 13 “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.  TO WASH ONE ANOTHER’S FEET AS JESUS CHRIST COMMANDED TO HIS DISCPLES IS NOT WHAT WE   LITERALLY  THINK  BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT A SPIRITUAL CLEANSING . WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM ARE ALREADY CONSIDERED AS CLEAN AND ARE ALSO ENTRUSTED TO CLEAN THOSE UNCLEAN BY SHARING THE GOSPEL IN HIS NAME. ACROSTIC GUIDE: WASH W-WORD OF GOD   -The word of God has a divine cleansing power to purify us from uncleanliness through faith in Christ. -16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant ...

DEVOTIONAL: IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE

Repentance is important because it allows for forgiveness, spiritual growth, and a renewed relationship with our Heavenly Father. It is an act of turning away from sin and walk toward a path of a healthy spiritual life  which leads to freedom from guilt, healing, and a fresh start. It is often seen as a prerequisite for spiritual progress and salvation. It is also an  act of feeling remorse for all the past wrongdoing. Knowing also that in every mistake that we are going to commit in this present and in the future has a consequences(including the past). So it is called to repent and not to repeat. We have to choose wisely our path by changing our mindsets and behaviour by walking towards a better way of living   fixing our eyes to Jesus.   This involves acknowledging one's actions base not by human judgement but by what Christ Jesus teaching, and committing to a change in attitude and actions in the name of Christ Jesus. A key verse on repentance is 1 John 1...
